Receipts totaled 5,879 head. The market continued to be active this week with the futures market moving a little lower this week. After last week's price increases, the stocker steers sold $8-$10 lower with 5 steers 506 lbs at $518.00 ($2621.08), and the stocker heifers were steady to $5 lower with 10 heifers 581 lbs at $427.00 ($2480.87). The feeder steers were steady to $2 lower with 8 steers 687 lbs at $425.00 ($2919.75) and 5 steers 844 lbs at $380.00 ($3207.20). The feeder heifers were steady. Packer cows were steady, and packer bulls were $1-$2 higher with the top bull at $232. Pairs and bred cows were in strong demand.
