Hi, friends, my name is Josie. I’m turning 11 months old this month, and I’ve been with San Saba County Friends of Animals since January 2025. They rescued me during a really cold snap when I didn’t have anywhere warm to go. Since then, I’ve had two foster homes and came back through no fault of my own. I guess I’m still waiting for the person who’s meant just for me. My current foster says I’m a sweet girl who loves to cuddle, play with their donkey, and stay close by your side. I just want to be near someone who loves me back.
I can’t wait for our new shelter to open so I can have a safe place to stay with all my shelter brothers and sisters while we wait for our forever homes. We’re all dreaming of that day.
