Receipts totaled 5,928 head. The market was active with very good demand this week. The stocker steers were steady except for the real light weights were $3$5 higher with 14 steers 302 lbs at $500.00 ($1510.00) and 5 steers 563 lbs at $347.00 ($1953.61). The stocker heifers were steady with 6 heifers 494 lbs at $335.00 ($1654.90). The feeder steers and feeder heifers were steady. Pairs and bred cows were $200 higher or more. The STS 9 Angus bulls avg $7406, the Hickory Sand 18 Brangus bulls avg 6819, the Cobb-Knob 4 Angus bulls avg $6125, and the Reich Ranch 21 Maine Angus bulls avg $5595.
