SSES Water Bottle Challenge

The Keep San Saba Beautiful Commission is excited to host the second annual Water Bottle Challenge for San Saba Elementary School grades K-4 the next few weeks! The winning grade level will be announce at the KSSB City Wide Cleanup, Saturday, March 29, at the county courthouse square where one can see all the bottles collected before they go to the SS Recycle Center. Bottles must be open, rinsed and dry for collection at the school. So, collect your own bottles and give to any SSES student to make their class in the running for the winners’ pizza party!

Also, please come join us Saturday morning, March 29, at the courthouse square where you can pick up a donut, a neon vest, trash grabber, and gloves to go pick up trash in the parks, school, roadways, and downtown areas. Keep your full or near full trash bags to be in the gift card drawing for “most trash collected,” “most unusual item found,” or a “random drawing for volunteers,” Enjoy a sausage wrap meal after working to Keep San Saba Beautiful, SPRING 2025!

Keep San Saba Beautiful volunteers work hard to showcase our beautiful downtown area, grace businesses and office areas with lovely flowers in pots and flowerbeds. They appreciate your support and help. Call or visit the Visitor Center to see how you can help out! “Many hands make light work!” San Saba Visitor Center telephone number is 325-372-5200.
