Carlos James Anderson, 80, of San Saba, Texas, passed away on February 15, 2025, at San Saba Nursing and Rehabilitation surrounded by his family. A visitation was held graveside on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Wallace Creek Cemetery. A graveside service followed and was officiated by Pastor Welton Watson and Pastor Alvino Valdez.
Carlos James Anderson was born on May 9, 1944, in San Saba, Texas, to Carl and Lucille Anderson. He attended school in Lometa, Texas. Carlos had a knack for sales; he sold many things ranging from cars and pecans to farm equipment. He was a natural at what he did. He enjoyed everything outdoors like mowing, fishing and cooking; he was an avid cook. He married Jan on December 17, 1994, in San Saba, Texas. They spent 30 loving years together and welcomed many grandchildren and great-grandchildren into their lives, and their home was always full of love for them. Carlos was a member of Central Baptist Church in San Saba. He never met a stranger and considered many to be friends. He will be dearly missed by those he left behind.
