    On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, the San Saba Elementary School 4th grade students performed a recorder concert.

    Throughout their time in elementary school, these students have worked on various elements of music and music theory. In their 4th grade year, they are able to learn to play the recorder, a beginning band instrument, that allows them to put their understanding of musical terms, symbols, and theory to use in a cohesive manner.

    Our 4th grade students shone brightly Tuesday night with songs and harmonies played on their instruments.

    We look forward to hearing them in the Golden Armadillo Band in years to come.
