Receipts totaled 1,692 head. The market continued very strong and active this week even with the cold conditions. The stocker steers were steady to $5 higher with 2 steers 383 lbs at $440.00 ($1685.20) and 7 steers 597 lbs at $325.00 ($1940.25). The stocker heifers were steady to $3 higher with 4 heifers 535 lbs at $308.00 ($1647.80). The feeder steers were steady to $5 higher with 6 steers 664 lbs at $316.00 ($2098.24), and feeder heifers were steady to $2 higher. Packer cows were $8-$12 higher, and bulls were steady. Pairs and bred cows were steady on limited test.
