The Annual San Saba County Pecan Show was judged by Scott Anderson, Brown County Extension Agent, and Tom Gutherie, Mills County Extension Agent, on Monday, December 9, 2024. To prepare, 50 entries were weighed, cracked and plated on Monday, December 9th. Ribbons were awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each division. Rosettes were awarded to both Grand and Reserve Champions in the following three divisions: Commercial Division, Classic and New Division, and Natives.
Winning entries will move forward to the Regional Pecan Show held in Denton, Texas, February 5-6, 2025.
