The fall season is different up north here in Zanesville, Ohio, than it is in San Saba, Texas. The trees are colorful, and the weather, pleasant. There are hay rides, pumpkin contests, corn mazes, apple cider, pumpkin decorations, and pumpkin pie, cake and cookies. Last week, I found pumpkin seeds in my garage that I dried last year but forgot to plant them. Hopefully, I will remember next year.
My husband Larry (died 1122-20) and I moved from Ohio to San Saba in 2006 to be closer to mission work in Mexico. Larry got funds and volunteers to build churches, a bible training center, and provide needed supplies for churches and people. What Mexico needs most is prayer and freedom from the cartel that has control of everything. IF the cartel did not have control, Mexico would have a better economy and living conditions. The two-letter word 'IF' is very small but has a BIG meaning...
1. On condition that; in case that. 2. although...
IF I study, I will be prepared to get a good grade...IF I drive my car...IF I get groceries...IF I pay my bills...IF I eat food...IF I go to church...The concordances in seven bibles I checked does not list IF. Why is such an important word left out of the concordances but in the bible?
John 6:47...NLB...Jesus said to them: “Most assuredly, I say to you; he who believes in Me has everlasting life”. (no 'IF' about this)
