Members of the Pierian Study Club met on Thursday, September 5th, at the Golf Course Clubhouse for the first meeting of the new year. The theme was 'Pierian Kick-Off,' and members wore shirts representing their favorite team.
The room was decorated with football-themed decor. Ladies enjoyed an assortment of finger foods, pasta salad and yummy desserts.
President Cissy Williams welcomed the group and gave an overview of the theme for the year, 'Your Most Beautiful You-Mind, Body and Spirit.' Vice President Audrey Smith went over the programs for the upcoming year.
Everyone enjoyed being together again after the summer break and looks forward to all the new programs for the upcoming months.
Our next scheduled meeting is on October 10th, at 3:00 p.m. at the San Saba Hotel.
