I have a cluster of corn stalks that grew from seed that I feed birds in a small area at my condo here in Zanesville, Ohio. I am looking forward to being a grandmother to many kernels (colonels). Why their ants (aunts) are already stalking them, and many ears are listening. They are husky, silky, and green as grass. This may sound very, very corny, but a little bird told me to write this while eating kernels.
The opening and closing ceremonies for the Olympic games were spectacular, but what happened in between for two weeks was very inspiring and eventful. We saw the results of the preparation, sacrifice and dedication with Grace, Mercy and Blessings.
Grace is when God gives us good things that we don't deserve. Mercy is when He spares us from bad things we deserve. Blessings are when He is generous with both. Truly we can never run out of reasons to thank Him.
