Mission San Saba Update

This year, Mission San Saba will focus on Yolanda Morales’s residence at 202 W. Storey St. Yolanda has three sons: Christian, Diego, and Santiago. This project will begin Sunday, June 9th, and finish on Saturday, June 15th.

Volunteers are needed during the week of the project to:

- pray. This work begins and ends only through the blessings of the Lord.

- work on and around the house throughout the week.

- provide meals for the workers (breakfast/lunch/dinner) at The Father's House. Contact Marissa Kilman at (325) 205-0128 to help with meals.

- sponsor a room (bathrooms and bedrooms sponsors needed). This can be as simple as donating the money to purchase new items for the room, or you can buy the items and physically decorate it on Saturday before the big reveal (don’t worry, we give you a suggested list of items and colors/themes to help). Contact Corina Fauley at (325) 205-1454 if you are interested in sponsoring a room.

- donate money to buy materials for the remodel. Tax-exempt donations are being accepted at City National Bank in San Saba, or can be mailed to 602 E. Church St., San Saba, TX 76877. Contact Jamie Hunt at (325) 205-0712 if you have questions about donations.

There will be a chopped barbeque lunch on Sunday, June 9th, starting at 10:30 a.m. located at the San Saba Courthouse square. This is our final fundraiser before we kick off with our demolition day!

Mission San Saba relies 100% on the blessings and directions of God. This project is a blessing to the homeowner, to the workers, and to the community. Come serve and be blessed by using your gifts to bless others.

To God be the glory for the opportunity to serve Him through Mission San Saba!

“And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians 3:17
