The Historic Seaquist House Mansion in Mason, Texas, unveils its holiday decorations
The Seaquist House has scheduled one open house time left for everyone to enjoy the thousands of lights, handmade wreaths, and many decorated trees. The date is Saturday, December 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated. Photography is encouraged, and many families take this opportunity to create a special holiday card from the Seaquist House.
Touring the Seaquist House during the “Light Up the Town” festivities in Mason has been a tradition for many years. In addition to visiting the many shops, restaurants and wine bars on the Mason Square, this year everyone can also enjoy a free holiday movie matinee at the classic 1928 Odeon Theater. On December 2, the theater will feature “Polar Express.” Showtime both days is 2:00 p.m. The theater offers a full concession stand.
