Lenny's Life Lessons

Hey there, San Saba loves. Well here I am again, Lenny, but I do believe you should just picture a sizzling hot dog writing! Mom keeps saying how San Saba never had the humidity issues we have here; um, does that mean you guys don’t walk around like human water sprinklers? The chickens here are talking of opening their own diners as their eggs are fried the minute they lay them!

Mom has been painting up a storm, sometimes literally. I told her if she doesn’t slow down, we will have not a wall left that doesn’t make my eyes cross! She was taking me for a walk the other day, and I noticed she had blue freckles on her arm. When we got back home, I asked her if she was going to connect the dots? She said Patches used to get paint spots on his body as he spent hours on the back porch in San Saba when she painted! I bet he looked adorable since he was a dappled dachshund anyway! I have spots on my belly.

Life around here has been fairly routine and quiet, although I did see a mom possum headed toward the pool carrying a sign that read…“My children were born in their bathing suits! Don’t judge!”

I hope you have an amazing week, and we love you to chicken bits!
