Hello, San Saba loves. Sure hope you guys had a great week since last week spoke. Boy have I had a busy week, what with meeting visiting nurses, supervising neighborhood activity along my stretch of the dog walk, flirting with my servant’s helper Shauna, and trying to keep my menus current and interesting for the week.
We started dad on hospice/ palliative care, and I have to say, they are the kindest, most loving people. Letting go of life is not something dogs ever consider; in fact, animals usually know and just go off to find a quiet place to take their last breath. My servant says she is like that, no fuss, no bother. Such withstanding, others need a little help and guidance down the path.
I saw all my dog friends this week and even made some new ones! Now I do not want to sound as if I am getting a big head. Actually, I would fall over if I got a big head, be out of balance, don’t you know, but I am fairly popular! Okay, so perhaps I do owe some of my friends to my servant since the woman has never met a stranger in her life be it animal or human!
I want to take a moment to wish my loves Mandy and Drew a beautiful wedding; wish we could be there! My servant and I hope to visit each of you in San Saba one day, give you real hugs, big smiles and a tell you in person we love you to chicken bits!
