I have received frequent text messages from AT&T reminding me that they will soon move to a 4G network with which my 3G phone will not work. The message is a bit dramatic: “ALERT! It’s time to replace your phone to avoid service disruption! Your current phone won’t work when 3G goes away.

Cyndi and I planted a small garden this year. It is small as we do not have much property to grow a large one. We planted some banana peppers, three tomato plants, some okra and one zucchini plant. We planted; the Lord watered most of it and occasionally we helped when needed.

63 Years Ago August 14, 1958 Game Warden Junior L. Briggs announced last week that he had moved his office to the third floor of the courthouse. Briggs also stated that the dove season just around the corner should be a good one.
