Storytime at Rylander Memorial Library

Commissioners’ Court met for a regular meeting Monday, July 11th; damage at the airport from Saturday storm was discussed

The San Saba Commissioners’ Court met for a regular meeting on Monday, July 7th, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom. Judge Byron Theodosis called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. Commissioner Kroll gave the invocation and led everyone in the pledges to the American flag and the Texas flag.

All Sports Booster Club raises over $38,000 for the Local Athletic Department

It was another phenomenally successful year for the San Saba All Sports Booster Club (SSASBC). We were fortunate enough to raise and give back $38,413.01 to the athletes of San Saba ISD bringing the total raised since 2019 to $125,708.33 for our student athletes!

My sister-in-law is going home to Dresden tomorrow after rehabing in Zanesville from a fractured hip three months ago. Some changes need to be made at her home for safety and accomodating a walker. I have been changing services for electric, internet and water from my daughters name to mine.

TxDOT is seeking public input on the draft 2023 Unified Transportation Program (UTP), the state’s 10-year transportation plan. The UTP guides the development of projects around Texas to improve safety, address congestion and connectivity, and preserve roadways for Texas drivers.
