Heart of Texas Bus Tour to Branson sponsored by The Heart of Texas Country Music Museum

The Heart of Texas Country Music Museum is hosting a bus tour to Branson, Missouri on October 4-10, with buses leaving from Llano, Brady, Early, Cisco, Wichita Falls, Burton, Temple and Sherman The museum association has been taking bus groups to Branson every year since 1991.

This year’s tour will be highlighted with five shows at the Clay Cooper theater hosted by The Malpass Brothers with special guests David and Allan Frizzell, Dion Pride, Tony Booth, Mary Lou Turner, Barbara Fairchild, Moe Bandy and the Americana Band and T. Graham Brown. Other shows on the agenda include The Presleys, Jimmy Fortune and Down Home Country.

“Branson is such a wonderful place to visit, and we have found that October is a beautiful time to see the Ozarks,” event organizer Tracy Pitcox said. “We will be taking about 100 friends with us, and the

tour is filled with great music and wonderful entertainment.”

While in Branson, the group will also enjoy sight seeing and shopping with stops at the College of the Ozarks and the Keeler Center, Branson Landing, Old Downtown Branson and the Pickin Porch.
