    Arrowhead Bank held their 100- year Anniversary Celebration Party at the San Saba Branch on Friday, June 16th. They kicked off the mile-stone event with an Open House during the week of the big party. Refreshments for the Open House included Llano's special Orange punch and cookies all week, and then on Friday they had punch, cookies, and cupcakes.

    The open invitation to the Open House and Celebration Party were a big success. They counted approximately 350 who came to help them celebrate.

    Many came by to visit and find out about Arrowhead Bank’s history. They learned how the Moursund Family had been in the banking industry for 100 years and about their rich history in the Hill County. Besides the San Saba branch, Arrowhead Bank also has branches in Llano, Horseshoe Bay, and Fredericksburg.

    As folks entered the bank, they were met with beautifully decorated tables. The Arrowhead Bank staff really outdid themselves.

    They put on an impressive display for the party-goers. Members of the San Saba Branch were helped with decorating for the party, inside and out, and the set up of tables by Autumn Moursund and Amanda Biggs from the Llano branch.

    There was quite an assortment of refreshments to choose from, as well as tables with many give-away and drawing items. They gave out 125 clear zip bags made with 100 Years and they were filled with a water bottle, flashlight, eyeglass-cleaning cloth with carrying pouch, usb charging pod, ruler, fly swatter, rain gauge, and notepad. They also had 25, special 100-Year caps made at The Prynt Shop.

    All the decorations, refreshments, and give-aways were provided by Arrowhead Bank.
