Election day is just around the corner, November 8, 2022. Early voting is October 24,2022, through November 4, 2022.
This year, San Saba County has new machines to help with those who are impaired and includes helps for sight impaired, braille, and audio for hearing impaired.
For all eligible voters, the last day to register in order to vote in the November 8th elections is October 11, 2022. If you have moved, even if you live in the same city and even on the same street, you have to update your voter registration in order to vote.
If you have changed your name, your voter registration will also need to be updated.
To confirm your voter registration status, update your name or address, or to register to vote, you can do so online: <https:// www.votetexas.gov/register-tovote/>, or you can visit our local registrar's office (in the DMV office, on the second floor of the San Saba County Courthouse).
The last day to receive mailout application is October 28th. You can get this application on the state website or by calling the District Clerk's office at 325372-3614.
