San Saba Elementary is proud to announce that 24 students had perfect attendance for the entire 2024-2025 school year (as denoted by the asterisk beside student names) out of 303 students! Pictured this week and weeks following are the 150 students who had perfect attendance for the 4th 9-weeks grading period.
Congratulations to all of our students who worked hard to get to school every day. SSES students and staff are excited to end with a 96.19 percent average daily attendance for the 2024-2025 school year. Their goal of 96% average daily attendance was slightly exceeded! Every student and teacher worked hard to meet the goal!
Thank you to the parents who constantly brought their children to school every day! Attendance in school is a huge indicator of higher performance. Attendance at SSES has steadily increased and is not quite back to normal since the 2020 pandemic when schools were forced to close. The grade level with the highest attendance was 3rd grade, and 2nd grade was at a very close 2nd place!
When both teachers and students are in the classroom on a regular basis, learning occurs!
Thank you to parents and our community for encouraging good attendance in school! We are proud of our kids! Way to go SSES!
