My Hat is Off to You

It was a busy weekend for the City of San Saba and Keep San Saba Beautiful (KSSB). These amazing people accomplished a lot on Friday, Saturday, and Monday to beautify San Saba and I take my hats off to them.

Darrel Lackey, Street Department Employee, was selected as the Employee of the Month for March. Luis Rios, Street Depart-ment Supervisor, and Mayor Kenneth Jordan presented Darrel with a plaque with his name on it and a gift certificate to a local restaurant.

Our children arrived, then a cousin I hadn’t seen in years and yes, some friends. We spent Saturday hanging out and visiting. We had a wonderful noon meal and lots of visiting, and all I can say is,” wonderful!” Then Sunday morning we all went to Church and worshipped our living Savior.
