Victoria Cooley shared these photos on behalf of Jack Blossman, Will Cooley, Gavin Falkner and the San Saba Volunteer Fire Department. They are from an event last Tuesday, October 8th, at San Saba Elementary - Fire Prevention Week. The kids ranged from Pre-K - 4th grade.
The firefighters had teachers suited up in the Firefighter's outfit for some of the demonstrations. You can also see some of the children demonstrating staying close to the ground to crawl out of a smoke-filled building.
