Greetings! Early Voting has started, and is at a very busy pace. If you have already visited the 2nd floor of the County Courthouse, stood in line and voted, let me say 'Thank You!' Your efforts have saved our voters, election judges and poll workers valuable time and effort on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5th.
Our turnout is expected to be extremely high with closely contested elections for President as well as US Senator taking place.
Although our local County and District wide races are uncontested, with County Commissioners James Lebow and Kenly Kroll, County Attorney Randy Robinson, County Sheriff David Jenkins, District Attorney Perry Thomas, and District Judge Allan Garrett, as well as our US Congressman, August Pfluger, all running unopposed, it is extremely important that all registered Republicans go to the polls, preferably during Early Voting, and show support by voting for these local public servants who work hard every day on our behalf.
While you look over the ballot, take the time to blacken the circle next to all of the Republicans running for office, whether you know them well or not. With polls showing many races neckand- neck, every vote will matter.
If you want to Keep Texas Red, we all must get out and vote, not just for the Office of President, but for every office on the ballot, marking each Republican candidate running.
Every Republican candidate needs and appreciates your vote!
