July 14, 2025

• Reporting party called stating that there was a black cow in the roadway at Hwy 16 N & FM 500 in San Saba.

• Reporting party advised there is a vehicle stuck in the river to the west of the Colorado River bridge on FM 45. Mills County advised it was on their side of the river. No occupants and no missing.

• People driving their cars through the tape on CR 110 in San Saba.

• A deputy went out with a vehicle in the bar ditch one mile down 2732 in San Saba.

July 15, 2025 

Caller stated that their truck was in the Colorado River half way underwater at CR 266 in San Saba. Reporting party stated that all three people inside made it out. Reporting party advised no injuries. Reporting party stated that they were trying to cross the river when they became stuck.

Assist TXDOT in shutting down 16 S at Simpson Creek in San Saba for roadwork.

Reckless driver reported to be coming into San Saba from Lampasas Co on Hwy 190 near Colorado River. Located.

Reporting party called stating they rolled their truck near their house a block east of FM 501 in San Saba. Reporting party advised they are okay and were able to get out.

• Reporting party called stating that he found a dead something by the river bank at 16 N & San Saba River bridge. He advised he is not sure if its human or animal. It was an animal.

• Sexual assault; no further information.

• Vehicle ran through the reporting party's fence on Valley Springs Road in Cherokee.

Reckless driver swerving in and out of traffic on Hwy 16 S between Cherokee and San Saba.

Car passed him at excessive speeds and passed another vehicle on Hwy 190 E near Mill Pond in San Saba. Vehicle has no front or rear plates.

• Welfare check. Two parents that were concerned about their child not answering their phone at FM 502 in San Saba.

Reporting party called stating that someone had hit a fire hydrant and an electrical pole at Wallace St. & 1st St. in San Saba.

Reporting party called stating that there is a safe that was found in a house affected by the flood and it has ammo in it at FM 1030 in San Saba.

• Reporting party stated there was a fire on someone's property about 3 miles outside of San Saba on W Highway 190. It's contained.

• Reporting party called stating there was a fire burning on both sides of the bridge on CR110 in San Saba.

• Motorist assist on FM 765 in Elm Grove.

July 20, 2025 

Caller stated there was a suspicious vehicle in front of their residence at N Marion in San Saba.

• Text 911 call. User's phone detected that the user was involved in a motor vehicle accident at FM 502 in San Saba.

• Motorist assist at Block FM 501 in San Saba.

• Deputy advised that tires had been slashed on a vehicle at FM 502 in San Saba.

• Caller stated that the 'barriers' on FM 45 in the Construction Zone south of Wilbarger Creek were smashed and scattered.

• Reporting party called stating that there was a goat and sheep on the side of the road running east on CR 410 in San Saba.
