Last week, an excellent group of seniors from the AP Macroeconomics class at San Saba High School visited the Capitol building in Austin. They learned about the legislative process, how it works with economics and the importance of civic duty before they all head out into the real world. Pictured are students Delaney Ellis, Zuriel Herrera, Kristi Macias, and Damaris Patino, and teachers Elizabeth Chambers and Kaytlynn Murray with representative David Spiller, who is one of the many people they met and learned from during their visit.
