Cheryl Stelzer, Worthy Matron of San Saba Chapter 191, Order of the Eastern Star, presented a Texas Flag to Brian Alexander of Llano. The flag, accompanied by a certificate stating that it had been flown over the Texas State Capital, was raffled off by San Saba Chapter 191, and Mr. Alexander had the winning ticket. Funds raised from this raffle will be used for projects benefiting the residents of San Saba County.
