Receipts totaled 1,689 head. The market continued strong this week. The stocker steers were overall steady with 3 steers
573 lbs $317.50 ($1819.28), and stocker heifers were steady with 9 heifers 492 lbs $296.00
($1456.32). The feeder steers were steady with 3 steers 705 lbs at $290.00 ($2044.50), and feeder heifers were steady. Packer cows were $2-$3 higher with the top cow at $157, and bulls were steady with the top bull at $162. Pairs and bred cows were $100--
$175 higher with the top pairs at
$3550. There will not be a sale in Mason on Monday, April 1st, due to the Easter Holiday.
