Receipts totaled 4,236 for the week. The market was strong on most classes of calves and yearlings. Stocker steers sold $10 higher with 4 steers 549 lbs at $375.00 ($2058.75). Stocker heifers sold steady. Feeder steers were $7-$10 higher with 2 steers 840 lbs at $245.00 ($2058.00). Feeder heifers also sold steady. Packer cows sold $5-$10 higher with the top cow 1495 lbs at $166.00 ($2481.70). Packer bulls sold $10-$20 higher with the top bull 2115 lbs at $193.00 ($4081.95). Pairs and bred cows sold in strong demand.
