Receipts totaled 3,928 head for the week. The market continued to be very strong this week with a lot of activity. The stocker steers sold steady except for the real light weights were $5-$10 higher with 4 steers 378 lbs $392.00 ($1481.76). The stocker heifers were $10 higher with 4 heifers 391 lbs $377.50 ($1476.03). The feeder steers were steady to $3-$5 higher with 10 steers 811 lbs $238.00 ($1930.18). The feeder heifers were steady to $5 higher. Packer cows were steady to $2 higher, and bulls were steady. Pairs and bred cows were steady with the top pairs selling at $3475, and the bred cows at $3,100. The Leachman Ranch 67 Stabilizer bulls averaged $6100.00 with the bulls ranging from $3,750 up to $12,500.
