Receipts totaled 2,239 head. The market was active this week with the stocker steers selling steady to $4 lower with 9 steers 595 lbs at $265.00 ($1576.75). The stocker heifers were steady to $3-$4 lower. The feeder steers were steady to $2 higher with 2 steers 819 lbs at $224.00 ($1834.00). The feeder heifers were steady to $3 higher with 5 heifers 677 lbs at $226.00 ($1530.02). The packer cows were $3-$4 higher, and bulls were steady with no test on the high yielding bulls. Pairs and bred cows were steady on limited test. The Dybdal 16 Charolais bulls avg 3387.50 with the top bull at $5000. The Limflex bulls off of Greg Bailey avg $5000, the 8 Angus bull of of RR Ranch avg $3812.50, and the Collier Diamond C Red Angus and SimAngus yearling bulls avg $3277 with the top bull at $4400.
