Hoyt Real Estate welcomes new agent

Deryl Hoyt Jr., broker and owner of Hoyt Real Estate located at 503 E. Wallace Street in San Saba, announces the addition of Janet Hoyt (his mother) to the team of Hoyt Real Estate agents.

Janet has worked at Hoyt Real Estate to help her son manage the offce, but recently became interested in the real estate process itself and received her real estate license this month.

Janet and her husband, Deryl Sr., have been married for 54 years and have lived here for the last 40 plus years. In fact, Deryl Sr. was born in San Saba, and when the opportunity arose, they moved back home to Texas from Arkansas. With that said, they came to San Saba and started a business and a family.

Recently retired from the family-owned business, Janet shared she’s definitely not a stay-at-home person and loves to stay busy. Becoming a real estate agent enables her more time to appreciate the wide open spaces of San Saba and even the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

She also loves the fact that real estate is the type of profession that is people-oriented. Janet stated she loves the friendly people of San Saba County and the Hill Country because it is soeasy to make lasting friendships with them.
