'Fun, loving, kind & loyal to a fault'–those are the words that TW's friends and family have used to describe him.

Terry Wayne Sherwood Jr., more commonly known as TW, was named after his father Terry Wayne Sherwood, Sr. TW was born on November 14, 1983, in Georgetown, Texas. His mother, Cindy Black Potts, and his father, Terry Sherwood, Sr., raised him in rural Liberty Hill, Texas. TW grew up with an older sister named Tonya Sue, a stepbrother named Justin, and two older half-brothers, Dean and Donald Sherwood.

TW was loved and admired by all his friends and family. He was known for being incredibly kind, loyal, fun, and adventurous. In fact, TW has been described as the life of the party and loyal to fault.

TW attended San Saba High School where he excelled at playing UIL golf. He tied for first place at the Regional Tournament and shot 30 (6 under) on 9 holes winning 2nd place in the State Tournament. TW also won the record for the lowest front 9 in state ever recorded at that time. In his junior year of high school, TW was offered college scholarships by the end of the season.

TW loved his friends and family, sports, and the outdoors. Some of his hobbies included lifting weights, going to the beach , fishing, playing dominos, and playing golf at San Saba with the guys and his niece, Halley.

While TW never got married or had children of his own, his nieces and nephew were like his kids. After an extremely challenging time in his life, TW dedicated his new freedom to turning his life around for the better as well as spending time with and getting to know his family.

Halley, TW's niece, fondly remembers his pep talks and encouragement when she needed it most. 'He always pushed me to be better at golf. He believed in me.' Halley also remembered that he hated chicken, but when he was in Waco, he tried Wing Stop for the first time because he remembered Halley saying that it was one of her favorites. 'He called me so excited to tell me that he tried it. He said it wasn't as good as I hyped it, but he did try it.' TW also attended his other niece, Hailey's High School graduation. He was do determined to see Hailey walk across the stage and receive her HS diploma that he stood on top of two chairs in the back row just to get a glimpse of this important milestone event.

Besides loving and caring for his nieces and nephew, TW also loved his mom. He told his nieces that he would do anything for her. TW truly loved and adored his family.

Justin Davidson, TW's stepbrother wanted to add that TW was good at golf and playing dice. Justin also remembered that TW was the life of the party.

TW loved God, his friends and his family. We will miss TW more than words can convey. He may be gone for now, but not forgotten.
