Freemason visit the local elementary

Last Monday, several members of the San Saba Masonic Lodge #612 met with the local 1st grade class and presented to them “Fantastic Teeth Club Packets.” The Fantastic Teeth Club program is part of the Texas Masonic Charity Organization that promotes proper oral hygiene for the youth of Texas. Les Hammett, Steve Brister and Jake Lackey made a short presentation to the class and gave examples of how to properly brush and floss their teeth. We also handed out packets filled with a toothbrush, floss, a timer, and a chart to keep up with their daily progress. We would like to give a special thanks to the SSISD elementary for allowing the Mason’s to be a part of the efforts to keep kids teeth bright and shiny!
