City Council presentations and introduction at June 9th meeting

  • Mike Teel (center) was honored as the Employee of the Month for June 2026 during the June 9th City Council meeting. Mike works in the Parks Department. He was awarded a dedicated plaque with his name on it as well as a gift certificate to a local restaurant.   • Luis Rios was chosen as the Supervisor of the Second Quarter 2026. Luis Rios has served the city since 2004. He is a licensed “CDL” driver and oversees his department’s tar distribution, asphalt zipping, motor grader, and backhoe operations. Luis was awarded a dedicated plaque with his name on it as well as a gift certificate to a local restaurant.
