Cherokee Home for Children welcomes new House Parents

Dear Cherokee Home for Children Family, Thank you for your prayers as we searched to fill the house parent role for our girls cottage! God has answered in an exciting way! Please join us in giving a big Cherokee Home welcome to our new house parents, Chase & Talli Ellis, and their daughter Kennedi! This homecoming is especially sweet! Talli grew up right here at Cherokee Home, where her parents, Tommy and Kaci Morrison, serve on staff. She returns with a heart for ministry and a strong background in social work, including several years with Christian Homes and Family Services in Abilene. Chase also brings valuable experience working with youth through his role as a detention officer. Becoming house parents has been a longheld dream for Chase and Talli, and we are deeply grateful for God’s perfect timing in bringing them to our campus and into the lives of our kids. Please join us in praying for the Ellis family as they begin this new chapter of service and love.
