In the February 1st issue of the SSN&S, there was listed 10 Healthy Habits for Your Brain that will also help the mental and physical health of humans. When people do them, it will help mentally and physically. The list 'hits the nail on the head' or 'just do it, y'all!' My devotional on February 6th told of a man who wanted more wealth, so he built one of the biggest empires of his day – 1950's-60's. He had the most glamorous women, adventure, piloted planes, political clout, owned film studios and courted stars. At the end of his life, Howard Hughes was an addict, a billionaire junkie, emaciated and weighed only 120 pounds. People said that he was a man that had everything. However, he was a man that didn't have everything because he didn't have Jesus as his Savior.
