    National Night Out 2024 was a huge success! It was great having so many of our incredible first responders in one place last week at Mill Pond Park. The celebration was held from 5-7 p.m. last Tuesday, October 1st.

    We had about 120 people stop by. The main attractions were the Texas Parks and Wildlife Drone and the K9 Demonstration. The kids loved exploring the ambulance and firetrucks.

    As part of event, the recent Citizen's Academy Alumni came out and talked about their experience, and they also helped get things set up for the event.

    Next year's National Night Out is scheduled for October 7th, 2025. Make plans now to come help us celebrate National Night Out next year with the rest of Texas, on the first Tuesday of October!
