The annual San Saba County Pecan Show was judged on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. This year’s judge was Scott Anderson.
To prepare, 36 entries were weighed, cracked, and plated on Monday, December 6th. Rosettes were awarded to both Grand and Reserve Champion Pecans in three divisions. Ribbons were awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each division.
Twenty-two Winning Entries were advanced to the 2021 Central Region Pecan Show to be judged on January 12 - 13, 2022.
