Finding a careerI’m jealous of people who find their life’s work early. For some, the discovery starts in elementary school.Ray was a very likeable, outgoing guy. He got along well with everybody, including the teachers.

What about dirty dishes?

I have been washing the dishes lately. Don’t let dirty dishes pile up, they get smelly and difficult to clean. I put them in the sink, run semi-hot water, use a little soap, a little scrubber and then rinse with hot water. This works well most of the time.

Early voting begins Feb. 17

This is our second year for the Hill Of country Cattle Women's Beef Cook Off. The entry fee is the prize money we award.It is open to students in our 14 ,county region. Last year, we had 8 teams. We were so impressed by their knowledge of food handling and prep.
