This morning as I sat out on the front porch watching the birds eat the bird seeds, I had just put out my wife’s outdoor cat prowling around. I thought about the people in our neighborhood and relationships. So, when it is all said and done, what is really important in life?
I have read accounts from Warren Buffet and a few others where they said friends are more important than money. So how is our get along not speaking about health but our getting along with other people. Wife if married, children, neighbors and what about work?
But there is one most important of all - our relationship to God. Do we even have one?
If we have never confessed our sins, called upon Jesus to be our Lord and Savior we do not have that relationship.

in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, I was a little envious of my younger brother as he and my dad spent a good deal of time together and enjoyed it. I spent time with my dad, but I was always busy or on the go, and it seems like we did not have as much time together.
This morning in my devotional time I realized that my spending time with God is lacking. It hurt my heart, and I have promised myself I want to spend more time reading my Bible and spending those quiet moments with God.
