Rotary April Student-of-the-Month was awarded to Eric Yanez. Each month a different senior is awarded. Awards are based on leadership, character, and teacher nominations. They receive a certificate and are invited to a luncheon with the Rotarians. They also get a special parking spot in front of the school for the month. On Monday, March 24th, there was a golf tournament held in San Saba to give the players more practice before their district tournament in Llano next Monday, March 31st, which will be a much larger tournament.Both our girls’ and the boy’s teams came in third place at this week’s tournament.

Richland Springs One Act Play performs - “Tumbleweed”

Richland Springs One Act Play performed “Tumbleweed” for the community this past Sunday at the school cafetorium so folks could see what the students are doing during the school year. It is also another chance for the students to perform.There was a meal at noon, and the play followed.
