Last week our Indian football teams traveled to Buckholts. The junior high team secured a win with a 27-20 final score. The varsity team won with a big victory of 53-0. Both teams will play in their final district game this Friday here in Cherokee against Calvert.

Richland Springs win at home 62-0

The Richland Springs Coyotes added another district championship to their collection, clinching the District 15 title with a 62-0 home victory over Rochelle. The Coyotes finished with 224 yards – 137 on the ground and 87 through the air, against the Rochelle Hornets.

Think Pink raises over $6K

The San Saba High School Student Council presented a check to the Never Surrender Cancer Foundation of San Saba County in the amount of $6185.42 last Friday at the high school Pink Out Pep Rally .The money was raised through the SSHS Student Council’s Think Pink T-Shirt project.
