Coach Bourke and I are so proud of the way our kids played and fought. They were on the tennis courts for about three hours in the mornings and three hours in the afternoon on both Friday and Saturday; that’s 12 hours of playing tennis in two days.

We are especially proud how our players acted on and ou the courts. We received several good comments from the parents of other teams how they enjoyed talking to our players and how they behaved.

The tennis team will take a break during spring break and then come back to concentrate on individual tennis. The team will play in the Fredericksburg Invitational Tournament on March 23 - 25 before playing in the District 29 2A Tournament in Mason on March 27 - 28.

The Middle School team will play their first tournament on Saturday, April 1.
