District 29-AA Middle School Tennis Tournament

The San Saba Middle School Tennis Team played in the District 29-AA Middle School Tournament on May 3. Playing in the tournament were Marlane Rodriquez, Emerson Gage, Sandra Vasquez, Mia Davila, Holly English, Perla Gil, Ana Rangel, Karen Correa, Mariana Macedo, Jaritzel Aguirre, Ximena Cuevas, Brenda Aguirre, Rodolfo Valdez, Angel Reyes, Kevin Aguilera, Isaac Hernandez, Abigail Gonzales, Daila Dewitt, Judy Aguado, Sophia Cuevas, Daniel Rodriquez, Ryan Roberts, Diego Licea, Trace Temples, Libby Mays, Christian Reyes, Mary Jane Cantu, Daisy Macias, and Adriana Macedo.

Winning Medals at th tournament were: Libby Mays and Trace Temples won the gold medal by winning the District Championship in 8th Grade Mixed Doubles; Marlane Rodriquez won the third place medal in 7th Grade Girls Singles.

All of these players have worked hard this year, and they are looking forward to next year.
