A semester of practice and studying have led to exciting competition. Teachers and staff of Richland Springs ISD hosted the District 17-A meet for Grades 2-4 on December 5, 2023. Grades 5-8 competed on December 11.
Many thanks to all those who coached, conducted contests, assisted with preparations, graded contests, and/or provided food for the hospitality rooms. Pam Starr and Sarah Locker were instrumental in making everything work.
We also appreciate the contributions of speaking and writing judges from Howard Payne University; their expertise was invaluable.
