Academic teachers worked hard to help students succeed, and students Joshua Usery, Connor Womack, Maddie Bailey, Hannah Miller, and Kinzlee Salas, as well as librarian Stacy Kubin also helped. Bea Soto, Esmeralda Soto, and Carol Bryant helped with the hospitality rooms. Kristy Perry managed the Storytelling contest. Valerie Barker was the contest manager for Art with the assistance of Shawn Dennis. Johnnie Reeves and Chris Perry assisted with grading along with Bonnie Burkhart and Brandy Eckermann. In addition to coaching several events, Pam Starr and Sarah Locker, aided by Stephanie Eckert, spent long hours organizing and managing the myriad details involved with the meet.
