Fourth Grade Tutoring Group Makes a Difference

The new San Saba High School NHS tutoring group is helping fourth-grade students build confidence and succeed in school. The group meets every Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. to practice math, problem-solving, and other key skills.

During tutoring sessions, students get extra help from NHS members and work to-gether to solve problems. They also have the chance to ask questions and practice skills they may find difficult in class. NHS members work to make sure these students have the tools and skills they need to tackle difficult problems and improve their grades and scores.

The tutoring group is not only helping students improve their schoolwork, but it is also teaching them to work together and never give up. Students learning that asking for help is a positive step toward reaching their goals.

With teamwork, practice, and encouragement, the fourthgrade tutoring group is helping students grow into stronger learners every day.
