Varsity Player of the Week This week, we recognize 5’5 sophomore guard Olivia Sebastain as the Varsity Player of the week. She plays basketball, softball, tennis, cross country and track. Olivia also participates in Student Council and Cheer. Her accomplishments include competing at state for basketball and cheer, as well as earning 1st team all-district for softball and honorable mention all-district for basketball. One San Saba ISD teacher that Olivia would like to thank is Mrs. McGilvray. During her free time, she enjoys playing travel softball, hanging out with friends and wake surfing at the lake. In the future, Olivia plans to become a college recruiter and coach.
JV Player of the Week
This week, we recognize sophomore guard Rihanna Morgan as the JV Player of the Week.
She plays basketball, softball and track. She also participates in Cheer, HOSA, TAFE and Student Council. One San Saba ISD teacher that Rihanna would like to thank is Mrs. Elizabeth Chambers. During her free time, she likes journaling, driving around with friends, watching TV and playing with her dog. In the future, Rihanna plans to attend Baylor University to become a Physical Therapist.
