Varsity Player of the Week: This week, we recognize 5’5 junior guard Macy Sebastain as the Varsity Player of the week. She plays softball, basketball and track. Macy has also participated in drill team, National Honor Society, Student Council, Class Reporter, UIL Academics, and as Parliamentarian for HOSA. Macy has competed at the state basketball tournament, regional track, and also earned 2nd team All-District in softball. A pair of San Saba ISD teachers that Macy would like to thank are Jeff and Angela Tinney. During her free time, she enjoys baking, driving around with friends, and helping at church on Wednesday nights. In the future, Macy plans to be a traveling nurse.
JV Player of the Week: This week, we recognize freshman post Daila DeWitt. She participates in basketball and tennis. One San Saba ISD teacher Daila would like to thank is Mrs. Bryant. During her free time, she likes to play video games. In the future, Daila plans to become a professional chef.
